With a certified emergency medical technician on staff, our employees are equipped with first class knowledge to aid them in
maintaining a safe work environment. All Semco employees are trained in risk identification, immediate action plans, and evacuation
procedures. In addition, specific Semco supervisors are trained in First Aid and CPR.
Our employees are our number one asset. We ensure our employees are provided with a safe work environment, proper training and all Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) to perform their required tasks. Our current low injury ratings are a direct result of Semco's safety staff and experienced supervisory team.
Semco emphasizes safe work place habits in all employees via safety orientations for new hires, weekly safety "refresher"
courses, computer based training programs, positive reinforcement incentive programs, and daily facility safety inspections.
